David Simon, Co-Owner and President of Operations at Veridian Homes, has been inducted into the National Housing Quality Award Hall of Fame. Veridian Homes, a Wisconsin-based homebuilder, has previously won five awards through National Housing Quality, including three gold and two silver awards – more than any other builder.

The National Housing Quality Award, is a merit-based program, that recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. Simon is one of only three individuals to be inducted into the Hall of Fame over the past 25 years.

“This is an incredible honor for both myself and Veridian Homes,” Simon said. “Over the years, we’ve developed and evolved numerous systems and processes, which have helped us run an extremely efficient and effective organization. I’m proud to be supported by such an amazing team.”

Simon has been involved with National Housing Quality for more than 15 years. During that time, he has served as a judge for the National Housing Quality Awards, mentored other builders to learn best practices, and presented at numerous industry conferences, including the International Builders’ Show.

In addition to the National Housing Quality awards, Veridian has been the recipient to several other awards, including: Avid Gold Award for Best Customer Experience in North Central US, MBA Parade of Homes People’s Choice Gold Award and WasteCap’s Distinguished Commitment to Sustainable Building Award.

“I am truly humbled to have received this recognition, and we look forward to participating in future National Housing Quality Award programs,” Simon said.
