We are excited to announce the Grand Opening of our Heritage Hills Furnished Model next weekend, April 10 and 11 from 11am-3pm, in Waunakee. We have been patiently awaiting this Grand Opening that features our Kennedy home plan and wanted to treat you all to a sneak peek before the big reveal!
Our Kennedy home plan is a two-story home with approximately 1,800 square feet. It features three bedrooms and two and half-bathrooms. As you can see from the moment you pull up, The Kennedy in Heritage Hills has great curb appeal. The front porch is the perfect sitting place and the brightly colored door really pops!
As you walk in the front door you feel right at home. The floor plan is open with lots of natural light. Have a seat on the sofa and cozy up by that beautiful fireplace.
The living area is open to the kitchen and dining areas. I love the fun backsplash and the blue color of the island and lower cabinets really compliments the white upper cabinets and lighter flooring. The gold accents on the cabinets pulls, appliances, faucet and lighting are the perfect finishing touch.
Now let’s take a peek upstairs. The first bedroom features bright and bold colors with a beautiful mural hand-painted by Christy Grace from Art of Christy on the wall. The second bedroom is a peaceful and cozy nursery.
Head down the hallway to the spacious owner’s suite. The owner’s suite has lots of natural light and a beautiful on-suite bathroom with a floating vanity, walk-in closet and tiled shower.
